Horizontal Circulation Parking

Multi-layer Circulation type has lifts moving up and down at both ends and pallets moving horizontally both sides in a multi-layered parking lot.

Operation is ensured by two independent elevator systems at both ends of equipment and horizontally moving platforms on each floor. Circular motion is performed in the horizontal plane to move platforms to the parking exit and entry points.

Typically underground and can easily accommodate 6 to 40 cars. These systems can be pre-planned and be built for large-scale residential or commercial communities, as they can be designed simultaneously along with the actual building layouts and occupancy volume details.

System Features:

This combines the working principle of vertical movement of a lift and the horizontal movement of a conveyor, which enables cars on pallets to move in and out of the system.

Driver drives the vehicle onto the car lift, leaves the car, closes the doors and punches the HMI screen. Next, the car is parked automatically. To receive the car, similar actions are performed. Automation recognizes the pin-code or smart-card and itself moves necessary vehicle towards exit.

Best suited for installation in narrow and long places where free access to the parking place is difficult. When such parking system is deployed in the underground of residential building courtyards, available land area is most efficiently used. The systems consist of Main Lift, Sub lift, Pallets, Chains indexed to stop at correct levels, Motors for sliding and Integrated computer system.
